da bao - to go

After a month of repairs and renovations, the Sichuan place has reopened and I was so excited this weekend that I ran around the house in circles in my underoos!

My students and I debated the choiciest dishes: the Lemon Chicken (them) or the Green Beans with Spicy Cracks (me). None of us has ever tried the Spicy Fry Bullfrog, but all of us think it's annoying that the beer isn't always cold (don't judge- middle and high schoolers outside of North America often drink a cold one with their parents) and the tea tastes like tree bark.

Anyway, I'm off to pick up my third order of Green Beans with Spicy Cracks.
