Tomorrow is my father's birthday.
I should write about snowboarding in the Swiss Alps or my carpal tunnel from school finals or visiting the Dutch children I nannied last year.
My brother is having chocolate cream pie and my sister and I are planning a trip to Israel after school lets out but before Dirk and I leave for Shanghai. And I want to join my brother in his tradition and I want to enjoy it and I want to care care care. But I don't. Selfishness is an underrated virtue and it's one which I have cultivated widely for half a year.
My new year's resolution was to take more notes.
