not your grandmother's olive oil

All the food in this country is boiled.

Boiled vegetables. Boiled ham. Boiled beef. Boiled eggs when I ask for an egg and cheese sandwich.

I have introduced the children to the concept of "sautee."

We've gone through a jar and a half of olive oil in two weeks.

Meanwhile, their dispositions have improved dramatically.

Coincidence?

I think not.
